Multi-site P&L owner for MW’s $100MM+ wood and composite window and patio door product lines. Performed comprehensive market research to assess product line strengths, gaps and positioning. Eliminated an unprofitable product line and consolidated manufacturing from two sites to one. Developed strategy to move “up-market” into premium, architectural window market. Led market assessment, engineering development, commercialization and launch of new-to-market product line and served as project manager for $7MM capital spend for new equipment in support of product launch. Success in this role led to promotion to VP Marketing position above.
