Chris is an experienced finance and strategy executive with MBA and BEP certification. Chris’s career has spanned several corporate disciplines, including corporate development, finance, operations, investment analysis, trading and risk management. Currently, Chris is Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development, where he is responsible for leading all corporate development activities at South Jersey Industries (NYSE: SJI), including mergers & acquisitions. In this role, he has successfully led and closed transactions in excess of $3B, while originating strategic partnerships that are the cornerstone of SJI's Corporate Strategy Transformation Plan. Previously, Chris managed South Jersey Resources Group (SJRG) natural gas portfolio, which consists of over 1 Bcf of transportation, storage, and power plant assets. He was also intimately involved in the company’s new business development and deal origination efforts. In addition, Chris was a key contributor to SJI’s risk management department, where he successfully relaunched SJI’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program. Chris holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from St Joseph’s University, and currently lives with his wife, two daughters and son in Marlton, NJ.
