Address specific roster requirements and electronic paperwork for each Local Union.Coordinate and assist in the processing of applications for roster placements and/or processing removals.Pull and process reports, as needed regarding roster placement and removal.Track qualifications for classifications which include work experience, training, time in job, applications, and other documents according to placement policy and procedures.Update database and lists with approved file information.Review if an individual meets criterion for placement notices and/or removal from the rosters. Research and answer telephone and written inquiries from individuals, producers, and unions regarding roster placement and roster status in a timely manner,Update names, address, and phone numbers of individuals in the database according to policy and procedures.Consult with applicants at the front window, on phone, or via email regarding placement and upgrade requirements and documentation on an “as-needed basis”. Distribute correspondence, lists, and roster information as instructed by management.Immediately bring areas of concern or items in need of correction to the Associate Manager or Associate Director as they are discovered.
