I am currently employed as a Mechanical Engineer in the semiconductor industry on advanced packing lithography stepper systems. Job responsibilities include product development, component design, integration and continuing improvements to mechanical systems. This position requires critical thinking, analysis, project leadership, teamwork, and constant adaptation to new and innovative customer demands.I have made positive contributions to the design of mechanical systems and upgrading products with improvements, been responsible for collaborating with software and electrical engineers and final integration and testing on systems.Operational responsibilities include component and assembly design, mechanical drawings, bill of material creation and troubleshooting. I am experienced in full design, build, and test of portions of product, as well as installation at our facility and at customer facilities both domestic and abroad. I have been involved in critical component design and troubleshooting on various models of machines on a manufacturing floor or class 10 and class 100 clean room environments at our facility and in customer fabrication facilities.My previous experience as a manufacturing engineer after receiving my Masters in Mechanical Engineering (2011) provided me the knowledge of real world sense of common issues, design flows, and implications of poor designs on the overall product flow.I thoroughly enjoy working in a full design, test, build and hands on atmosphere with vendors and customers to achieve a difficult design.
