Co-Founder & CeoThrivemap Oct 2016 - PresentLondon, England, GbThriveMap creates assessments for entry-level hiring. Our assessments are different from the traditional psychometric or personality-based tests you've probably taken in the past. We create work simulations that take candidates through a digital "day-in-the-life" of a job so that candidates can get a better idea of whether the role is right for them and so companies can see which candidates would work best in the role. It's a simple idea, but it's a challenge to execute it. Delighted to say that we have a growing list of really happy customers and it's a pleasure to do what we do.

Immersed myself in the startup experience from rapid prototyping, idea iterations to customer development and SAAS sales. Hacked our way to growth. Raised investment. Pitched and got selected for a bunch of Incubators and Accelerators. TalentRocket was a recruitment marketplace that connected people with companies on shared values and culture. It was a meaningful attempt at helping people find their perfect work environment. The idea was ahead of its time (I'm bound to say that) and ultimately failed; we ended up pivoting to ThriveMap. The best bit was finding my technical co-founder Mark. -
