Current• Develop annual budgets, business planning, and strategic marketing operations, generating +$1.2M/13% in incremental revenue• Establish KPIs, creating clear metrics and actionable reporting at multiple levels of granularity• Prepare weekly business performance reporting, delivering data-driven insights to inform revenue growth strategies and optimize profitability for executives• Synthesize sales data, consumer insights, and industry trends to guide merchandise strategy on assortment, pricing, and promotions• Support the Marketing team in planning, developing, and executing marketing collateral for acquisition and renewal campaigns
