My commercial judgment, ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectiveness in managing complex business initiatives gave me the opportunity to transition to an operating role at Sabre, taking over as COO of Sabre’s GetThere subsidiary. In that role, I overhauled GetThere’s operations and planning processes while simultaneously redefining the strategic vision for that business. As a result, I was elevated to lead GetThere where I implemented the product strategies I developed as COO, driving meaningful improvements in sales and customer retention.Most recently, I led SiliconExpert with full ownership of the P&L and all functions including sales, account management, marketing, product management, software engineering, operations and finance. I was honored to take charge of an incredible team of 500 spread across 12 countries, increasing operating income and doubling revenue growth by transforming SiliconExpert’s marketing, sales, account management, and product management functions. Just as importantly, together with my team I developed and implemented customer-centric strategies to drive sustainable growth in new product areas and transform SiliconExpert’s legacy business, creating new revenue streams and increasing relevance to suppliers. Simultaneously, we nurtured several key AI initiatives which improved data, increased efficiency and powered innovative customer-facing capabilities.My leadership style focuses on empowering team members and is characterized by humility, empathy and positivity.
