As Vice President of Operations for PerSecPros and Director of Operations for Tru-Vetting, I have the privilege of leading teams focused on advancing compliance and security protocols for diverse industries. My role involves overseeing daily operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring that our clients have the tools and systems they need to navigate complex security regulations efficiently. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to co-found Jump Splash Books in 2015, where I serve as editor, creative designer, and publisher of children’s books. My own title, The Tree Watcher, was recognized as one of the top ten indie picture books of 2016, highlighting my passion for creativity and storytelling.With a diverse background in education, analysis, and operations management, I’ve held key roles including Program Manager of Research and Education at the Association of College and Housing Officers-International at Ohio State University, and adjunct professor of History and Political Science at Ohio Dominican University. I’ve contributed to state-wide educational initiatives, having designed supplemental textbooks for Ohio’s eighth grade curriculum, and I’ve served as a mentor and leader in K-12 and higher education environments.I am a lifelong learner with a passion for problem-solving and collaboration. I excel at quickly mastering unfamiliar tasks and turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
