I worked for almost 5 years in the BPO industry as a customer service representative. My first job is at Transcom Worldwide, working as a collections representative initially dealing with Comcast cable accounts. During my stay, I was promoted as Floor Support mainly to assist incoming new hires and colleagues with certain client concerns and problems. As my first job, I definitely gained a lot of experience, knowledge and confidence that helped me grow into a well rounded person. I then parted ways with Transcom back in 2012, for the hopes of looking for a better opportunity.I then applied for a Financial account specialist position at Cognizant Technology solutions. We mainly handle stock and bonds of clients offshore. I cater to clients concern about their stocks and shares. During my stay, I was also promoted as part of the account floor support, doing individual hourly and daily reports. On 2015, I decided to start a business, thought about it for quite some time, and eventually made a decision to part ways with my Cognizant and venture out into the business industry. My latest stint was with Bruntwork, I worked as a freelance E-mail Support for a Australian based Retail Company. We mainly answer e-mail inquiries regarding online orders and also providing tracking numbers as well.
