• Creates and maintains product road-map for the following five products: o Data warehouse – Uses an ETL process to bring in all of the financial institution's core data. Provides a mechanism to bring in additional data sources. The product uses the MS SQL Server and has a user interface that is written using C# and HTML 5. o Operational Data Store – Provides a ‘near’ real time connection to the core. Allows for reporting, extracting, and alerting using core data in a SQL Server. The user interface is the same interface that is used for the data warehouse. o Member Alerts – A hosted solution that alerts members to transactions and events that occur on their account. Members can be alerted via SMS or email. The product was originally designed to be managed by the financial institution staff only, however, after receiving feedback, we expanded the product to use a single sign on from online banking providers to allow members to manage their alerts. o Electronic Notification - Email or send SMS messages to members or employees for any reason. The messages can be related to marketing, account transactions, collections, or any other reason that you need to reach the member. Accepts several types of providers and outputs formatted messages in several standard formats. o CRM Application –This cloud-based software provides an intuitive interface for recording every client interaction. Assign tasks, track progress, and receive notifications to help effectively manage client interactions. • Interacts with clients to identify new products and features Record every interaction that occurs with your clients.• Assists with client demos, training sessions, and sales presentations• Performs speaking engagements at large client conferences• Serves as single point of contact during Alpha/Beta testing of new products/features

I serve as the single point of contact for all levels of management at the financial institution. I manage the project of getting the institution up and processing on the payments system. I work with their check 21 and ACH processor to ensure acceptance of the file that we create for them. I also work with ISO/VAR'S that want to use Profitstars as their payments processor. We process all types of payments ACH, Check 21, and Credit Card payments.

In an effort to better serve our customer I was responsible for hiring and training new CSR's. I was also tasked with monitoring their progress by listening and grading their calls. I had a team of 15 CSR's that I was responsible for. When complex problems arose, I took care of them personality and became the go to person for all complex issues.

Provided a 'WOW' experience for customers and aided them in changing their banking relationship. I served as a point of contact for all account maintenance and new account needs. Our goal was to help customers with any and all of their banking needs. I was recognized as on of the top 10 personal bankers in the DFW area for my ability to sell the customer accounts, loans, and mortgages. I also assisted other personal bankers with sales and customer maintenance. Procured outside sales opportunities in an effort to grow the bank's business. Assisted tellers when needed.
