We represent condominium and homeowner associations in all areas, including advising boards of directors in risk management, document preparation and analysis, and litigation. We also participate in developer-to-owner transitions; resolution of construction-defect disputes; the reviewing and drafting of covenants; interpretation of statutes, case law and governing documents and supplying opinion letters based thereon; and the amendment of declarations and by-laws. I am a litigator who represents associations in construction defect and mechanics lien disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and a myriad of other areas.
