-Evaluate, negotiate, sign and manage new partnerships in the Americas.-Prioritize partnership opportunities based on feasibility, immediate and long-term value, engagement metrics and brand awareness for multiple verticals.-Define the content acquisition strategy in regards to audience targets.-Study and analyze opportunities of the market and it’s evolutions.-Lead publisher efforts for East Coast.-Drive additional strategic opportunities with existing partners.-Organize reporting and oversee billing as well as day to day communication.-Work with the rest of organization to complete integration of partnerships (legal, product, AdOps, Sales, Finance.)-Perform analytics on a variety of content areas to analyze site navigation, usage metrics, and behaviors behind content consumption.

-Ensure that reporting and ingestion processes happen in a timely and accurate way. -Responsible for developing relationships with record companies, movie studios and other content producers to acquire rights for their content.-Solicit potential acquisitions in accordance with company strategy. -Manage internal and external contract administration process from initiation of deal to completion of deal, working closely with our partner's explicit content guidelines. -Work with content providers to secure exclusives and other promotional global opportunities -Ensure that the deals are managed properly in general by working with the aforementioned teams and local teams.
