I have joined Lloyds Banking Group to support the delivery of construction activity across the diverse portfolio of built-assets in the UK. Working alongside fellow Group Property Colleagues in a collaborative partnership with key suppliers we are responsible for the safe, efficient and seamless delivery of improvements to the banking portfolio, this in turn supports our business in responding to our customers.

As a Director in F+G I supported the leadership of the UK and Europe market strategy around portfolio clients in the CRE sector supporting them with insight to drive solutions that help them create the right spaces, in the right way, demonstrating value at every stage across Capital and Operational Investment. This includes working to help clients optimise the current portfolios for energy efficiency and operational costs. I was a full equity Partner with Arcadis LLP, formally EC Harris for 15 years as a senior leader in our Retail Team in Milton Keynes. I come from a Commercial Management Background (QS) and I also am a APC Assessor for the RICS. My career started in contracting having been sponsored through Loughborough University by Sir Robert McAlpine. Since graduating I have worked for Gleeds and a small practice based in Milton Keynes. I am heavily involved in retail knowledge and should cost modelling (Project Profiling) and I am particularly keen around Category Management and Benchmarking on international commissions. I have undertaken roles as Sector Community Leader for retail including leading the commercial management on the Metro commission which encompasses teams in four countries. (India, Russia, Kazakhstan and China) and have been involved in a number of supply chain commissions for Asda, Lloyds and McDonalds.My previous role includes the commercial leadership of the Arcadis seven year framework for Lloyds Bank where I have been involved for many years. I led the simplification and systemisation workstreams resulting in commercial improvements exceeding 18% in the integration of Arcadis as the single professional services provider and the reengineering of the delivery framework of contracting partners. During 2015 and 2016 I led a team of over 90 professionals delivering the investment plan of 5000+ projects to the estate using an optimised model delivering commercial and programme savings. I am particularly excited around recent process improvements that will implement further focus on the customer of the service and further bring together the partner providers for the benefit of the client. I led the supplier simplification agenda for this key client delivering significant savings to the client for reinvestment. I am also the Account Leadership Commission Manager for the Nationwide Building Society and Kingfisher (B&Q UK).
