Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.

Supervise and Coordinate approximately 35 therapist on night shift. Create monthly schedules. Respond to all Code Blue and Rapid Response Team calls. Evaluate patients and write orders for therapy based on Respiratory Protocols. Perform EKG's on patients demonstrating chest pain. Organize procedure count and adjust staffing based on staffing algorithm. Assist staff in all areas of hospital when needed. Responsible for yearly evaluations/ quality improvement on night shift.

Provide respiratory care involving the application of well-defined therapeutic techniques under the supervision of a respiratory therapist and a physician. Administer breathing and oxygen procedures such as intermittent positive pressure breathing treatments, Hand Held Nebulizer treatments and incentive spirometer. Monitor patients during treatment and report any unusual reactions to the respiratory therapist.
