Current•Drove significant revenue growth, securing over $2.5 million in program revenue, grants, and partnerships to support educational equity initiatives across the San Francisco Bay Area. •Led multi-year strategies resulting in expanded partnerships with school districts, county offices of education, colleges, state agencies, and funders, significantly increasing student reach across 8 counties. •Scaled a financial aid program initiative serving nearly 2,000 seniors, improving financial aid submission rates across partner high schools and deepening partnerships with four-year colleges to enhance access and retention.•Advanced 10,000 Degrees' educational equity advocacy agenda through active participation in national, state, and local coalitions and councils, positioning the organization as a leader in the field.•Pioneered an innovative, equity-focused four-year partnership with Sonoma State University, securing guaranteed admissions for 10,000 Degrees students. This groundbreaking initiative establishes a direct pipeline for underserved students and serves as a model for expanding similar agreements with other college partners, complementing existing institutional scholarship and resource partnerships.•Established strategic MOU agreements with 17 high school districts and 7 colleges, securing on-campus resources, data access, and fee-for-service arrangements. These agreements ensure goal alignment and enhance program effectiveness across a broad educational network.
