• As a site HSE Coordinator, I have to ensure on daily basis that all operations are completed in a manner that meets the company’s expectations.• Conduct Toolbox and Safety Meetings.• Oversee and collaborate with the Plant Manager to identify and remedy unsafe working conditions. • Conduct regular walk through inspections and audits of the Plant; This includes weekly inspections, monthly equipment checks (fire extinguisher, spill kits, tools), and regular spot checks. Spot Checks include random checks on P.I.T circle checks, worker knowledge on ERP, policies and procedures, Equipment and pick up cleanliness, and PPE.• File Hazard I.D’s Near Misses, and any other company Safety Paperwork that’s is outlined in the HSE Manual.• Assist in making safety a behavior and not just policy.• Follow through with injury management; Comply with company's Return-to-Work policy • Assist Plant Manager as needed• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OH&S legislation and codes of practice • Encourage and educate employees to take precautions and adhere to safety rules to protect themselves and the equipment they use from damage.• Responsible for conducting investigations on any site incident.• Responsible for all Safety related purchases• Complete all jobsite paperwork efficiently in a timely manner; this may include time summaries, reports, equip/man hour tracking, site sign in/out

• As a site Supervisor, I have to ensure that the project is completed in a manner that meets the company’s expectations.• Conduct Toolbox and Safety Meetings.• Conduct daily FLHA checks with the workers.• Perform Planned Job Observations on work being conducted.• Conduct daily inspections on the job site and mitigate any hazards.• File Hazard I.D’s Near Misses, and any other company Safety Paperwork that’s is outlined in the HSE Manual.• Responsible for leading or assisting in investigations that need to be conducted due to client request or incident related.• Responsible for submitting LEMs and any other information that needs to be submitted back to the office.• Lead any client/company interactions where needed.
