Led ideation and product teams in the Digital Innovations group in creating new customer products and experiences on the web and mobile apps. Projects included the industry's first food subscription, customizable value combos, omni-channel loyalty features, and CMS driven app marketing capabilities to address changes in consumer behavior and the meteoric rise in digital purchasing during the pandemic. As a result of these efforts, the team's work was rewarded by becoming the leading download in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in Dec 2020. These new features garnered almost 3 billion earned impressions in January 2022. Digital's share of system revenues increased by several percentage points and the group transacted over $1 billion in annual sales over the digital channels during the year.At a large asset manager client, assisted in a program director role where he led several multi-year, interdisciplinary programs with 8 figure budgets that were required to update fixed income trading systems and reporting.

This included both implementations and leading the development of our own internal software products in the areas of safety, scheduling, and bond management.

The globalization of resources saved millions for Microsoft’s IPTV division.• Redefined accounting processes for an SAP implementation at ULA, a $2 Billion Lockheed Martin / Boeing space exploration joint venture• Working for SVP of Customer Service, CFO, and CIO, led multiple business process redesign initiatives at a 100+ person call center. Conducted many successful sessions with leading finance and manufacturing companies.• Sold and planned the successful implementation of a new B2B system at a $1 billion semiconductor manufacturer, which was widely recognized as the first successful implementation of RosettaNet using Microsoft technology.@Trecenti / Renasas Technology• Planned and implemented the North American sales and marketing operations. Closed contracts worth over $100MM.• Established the customer integration requirements of Trecenti’s contract manufacturing operations. Created the RFP, procured and implemented SaaS system for collaborative forecasting, WIP visibility, PO and SO management.@Electronics Supply Chain Association• Managed the operational, public relations, and digital marketing efforts of the ESCA, which included an organizational re-branding, 2 website redesigns, email marketing campaigns, organized Symposiums, conducted Supply Chain training courses, facilitated Executive Round tables, and published 4 papers on Electronics Industry operations best practices based on primary research with electronic industry leaders and Supply Chain Management (SCM) software vendors.

As a member of Accenture’s Strategic Services projects:• Led the Accenture/Yahoo! Corporate Portal Alliance (intranet platform) planning and analysis team.• Led successful finance and technology integration projects at the country’s largest yard care company following a $300 million dollar business acquisition.• Led the team that created and implemented the digital strategy of the nation’s largest water company after it was acquired by a multi-national conglomerate.As a member of the Finance and Performance Measurement Line of Business:• Led the reengineering and implementation of a new HR reporting system at a large defense contractor• Managed the successful post-merger integration of accounting processes at an international medical device manufacturer.
