Roberts has delivered tough-to-execute business transformation projects at some of the world’s most respected brands.With a prowess for identifying emerging technologies, Roberts drives programs that enable business leaders to translate their visions into reality.Roberts leverages design thinking to develop programs that accelerate growth, enhance customer experiences, and bring complex digital concepts to life, often where no precedent exists. Bringing a mix of business strategy, marketing, and technical expertise to bear, Roberts has led numerous high-profile projects for companies such as Taco Bell, Capital Group, Qualcomm, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Edison Energy, and DirecTV.Working in locales spanning the U.S., China, the Middle East, and Europe, Roberts has demonstrated a deep understanding of how to balance business goals in multicultural environments. He has studied multiple languages and is fluent in Chinese.In his off-time, Roberts is an avid outdoorsman, skier, paraglider, triathlete, and marathon open-water swimmer with the distinction of being the 160th person to solo swim from Catalina Island to the California mainland (including a shark encounter in the dark hours of the morning). He has summited Mt. Whitney and California’s highest peaks and backpacked many of the country's national forests and parks.
