Exported numerous .NET XML WebServices to clients and utilized external Web Services for data verification (i.e. from Reuters). Business enrichment rules were applied to the data by reading external XML files maintained by business experts.• This system was developed in a generic fashion using C++ and C# on NT, Sybase, XML, MQSeries so as to act as a framework for future (and existing) applications that required similar functionality in different business areas. System offered: guaranteed delivery; component processes distribution for performance and disaster recovery; support for multi-platform development; full data routing hub and simplified distributed design.• Ported most components to .NET environment using C# and .NET XML WebServices.• Development platform was primarily Windows 2000 with some Solaris.• Languages and tools used were: C++, C#, XML (Xerces, MSXML), ADO, Sybase, MQSeries, ASP, .NET WebServices.
