About Christopher Popp
My name is Christopher Popp, and I am proud to tell you about myself, my background (educational and professional) and my future goals. I graduated from North Olmsted High School in 2005 and continued my education at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. I attended Bowling Green State University from August 2005 to May 2009, and studied Marketing on my way to earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in that field. During my time at Bowling Green, I accomplished many different things that have greatly helped me throughout my career. I worked through school, both as an intern and part-time associate of The Sherwin-Williams Company.Upon graduating from BGSU in 2009, I began working full-time as a Management Trainee at The Sherwin-Williams Company, accomplishing varying levels of responsibility. I became an Assistant Manager of Store # 1909 in Parma Heights in July of the same year, and very soon after earned the Manager role at Store #1332 in 2010. In 2011, I decided to further pursue my education full-time at Cleveland State University , studying for my Masters of Business Administration. I was enrolled during the Winter/Spring 2012 Semester and finished my degree in less than 11 months.In late March/April 2013, I began the next journey of my career at American Greetings, working in a subsidiary of the company known as Plus Mark. I began my time at American Greetings as a National Chain Analyst, in which I forecast, analyze, and collaborate on retail strategies for large companies, including Wal-Mart, Toys R Us, and CVS. In January 2015, I have begun a Sales Director role in which I have sold our product Internationally and Domestically (United States and Canada) to many retailers. As of August 2016, I have taken on a role as Assistant Product Manager within AG's Designware division, managing our Licensed Party Goods line within Walmart and Target.
