As Director of Business Operations, I run the day-to-day operations that keeps the business running efficiently and effectively. Also, I’m tasked with long term operational tasks such as maintenance of billing, digital software integration and maintenance, compliance support and accounting liaison. I’m addition, I am a support vessel for the individual advisors whenever they need help with their own tasks and responsibilities.

•Conduct Inventory Counts, Analyze Bank Statements and Reconciliations, and Perform audit services on cash, sales, purchases, payables, receivables, and internal controls. •Compile and organize tax information, as well as file tax extensions and returns for multiple entities.•Industries include High End Fashion, Industrial, Musical Equipment, Food, Universities, and Energy. •Adapt my work environment by traveling to nine different states in order to complete in-person testing procedures in a timely fashion.•Modified procedures and planning due to the COVID-19 pandemic to accomplish full audits, reviews and compilations from home while not sacrificing quality or quantity of work.

•Applied accounting procedures on all major accounting procedures relating to revenues, expenditures, cash, investments, fixed assets, internal controls, risk assessment, payroll and net assets •Conducted quantitative analysis of financial data to analyze revenue and expenditures, identify trends, and assess risk associated with individual departments, payroll, taxes, and cash and cash equivalents.

Audited five separate Municipalities, one Court, and one Library. Conducted miscellaneous testing, as well as departmental testing, tax analysis, internal controls testing, analytical and general procedures, and checked over work papers.

Assisted in Sales, Opening/Closing store, inventory counts, restocking of inventory, cash counts, daily close outs of the register and creating uniforms for local sports organizations
