Responsible for client engagement and operational oversight for commercial and industrial energy efficiency (EE) programs in the Eastern US. Project sponsor for multiple utility incentive programs, with responsibility to ensure delivery of utility client goals and grow/secure business.

Responsible for the comprehensive delivery of four Commercial & Industrial Energy Efficiency programs in the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. Direct oversight of all Marketing, Outreach, and Engineering activities to deliver utility goals under PA Act 129 legislation. Leads a team of 20 employees and four subcontracts to ensure alignment of activity in the delivery of program savings.

Managed a team of 30 in the day-to-day execution of the ‘EPower Solutions' Energy Efficiency Incentive Program for Commercial and Industrial businesses and government agencies across Northeast Pennsylvania. The E-Power Solution program provides a financial incentive to help commercial and government building owners/operators in the PPL market to reduce energy consumption and increase the economic performance of buildings.

TCA Envista focuses on a full spectrum approach toward creating sustainable energy savings. From demand reduction, conservation efforts through capital improvements and renewable solutions TCA Envista works with clients to transition to a more sustainable environment that reduces the many negative impacts associated with inefficiency and waste. All these efforts focus toward improving an organizations bottom line.

Directly supervises 17 Wing Staff agencies, 220+ personnel, responsible for 11,000 military/civilian employees training 3,400 students daily in 40 training programs. Commanded the wing for over 4 months during extended absence of the commander and through 2 month transition gap between commanders.

Led team in direct support of all planning/execution activities for Navy 3-Star Vice Admiral overseeing all transportation decisions/allocation within the DOD. Led team of six military and three civilians as command's single interface to industry for all air, surface and sealift mobility programs.

Directly responsible for $3.1M budget, execution of all C-21 Learjet and UH-1 helicopter operations across the Pacific theater. Concurrently served as Director of Staff for all wing operations for four months. Previous Work experience include: Architect of 21st Century force presentation of USAF combat and combat support assets to theater commanders. Service lead action officer for improving the deployment process across the Department of Defense. Reserve mobilization officer for all USAF operations in Bosnia/Kosovo, manned the 24/7 AF Operations Center during operations in Kosovo. Deployed as pilot for General Norman Schwartzkopf during OPERATION DESERT SHIELD/DESERT STORM
