Provide technical drawings, with cabinet specifications, appliances and fixtures.

Rhinoceros and Vray: Used these modelling and rendering tools to create high quality images for up scale house; Worked along side Artist/Designer to envision and create multiple iterations of project.Prepared mock-ups and presented to client.Surveyed and develop plans for renovation of studios in Asheville. Private Contract; Developed marketing materials for renovation of warehouse building, including a design for a photovoltaic, solar panel system with estimated power output, 3D images, and plans. Private Contract; Prepared plans for renovation of 1920's row House.

Supervised wood, metal, and materials labs afterhours; oversaw use of labs and trained those unfamiliar with the machinery and tools.

Installed landscaping and water features. Consulted with designer on landscape design.

Physical Models: Created presentation and sketch models for Design Team.Computer Models: Used SketchUp to generate interior and exterior material layouts, for presentation to client and as mock-ups for professional rendering. Sketched models for initial design ideas. Presentation Boards: Created material boards and selected material options in conjunction with Interiors Department. Construction Administration: Assisted with take offs, bidding, and progress photography.
