Having started work at a young age in a family retail business, I was sort of forced into a life of sales and customer service, though I wouldn't have it any other way. As exhausting as it can sometimes be, I very much enjoy helping customers get exactly what they need and teaching them about the product. I guess this stems from the fact that when we first opened, we knew nothing about the paintball business, we learned from customers and trial and error. Having gone from someone with little understanding in a field, to someone who not only manages a successful business but works as a consultant to manufactures has taught me to give the same level of patience to everyone as customers did with me in the beginning. No one starts out an expert, and that's OK. Aside from talking with customers face-to-face, I run the company's social media campaigns, email marketing, and responds to all customer inquires on the website. From photography, to graphics; all social media content is created by me in house. When I am not working, I often find my self still surrounded by paintball, as I play at a local paintball field and play on a traveling competitive paintball team. I also enjoy camping, cooking for my family, and watching sports- mainly football and hockey.
