CurrentStrategic Campaign Planning: Develop a comprehensive campaign strategy to engage the local community and address critical issues relevant to Harlem, including affordable housing, economic development, education, and public safety.Grassroots Mobilization: Organize and manage door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and events to mobilize voters in the 70th AD, ensuring high turnout during election periods.Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to assist with canvassing, phone banking, event staffing, and voter outreach efforts across Harlem’s diverse neighborhoods.Fundraising and Budget Management: Oversee campaign fundraising efforts, including organizing events and reaching out to donors, while managing a budget to ensure all resources are used effectively.Event Planning: Organize and execute campaign events such as town halls, rallies, and debates that resonate with local constituents and provide visibility for the candidate.Data Analysis and Voter Targeting: Use voter data and analytics to identify key demographics, voting patterns, and precincts to prioritize outreach efforts and ensure maximum voter turnout.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure the campaign adheres to all New York City and State election laws and regulations, managing filings and disclosures and reporting to appropriate authorities.Social Media and Digital Strategy: Manage the campaign’s social media presence, creating targeted digital campaigns that resonate with Harlem’s diverse and dynamic community, focusing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
