Lead developer that turned around a failing 12 month project within 6 months to provide the bank with a next-generation document management system. This project was deployed on time and under budget to 340+ desktops across the London, Edinburgh and Luxembourg offices and consequently then sold as a full end-to-end solution to external clients.Massively increased productivity workflows by designing and implementing a parallel processing engine for the banks document management system. This provides parallel processing capability to enable multiple streams of work to be managed within a single interface in real-time that also reduced yearly licensing costs by over £100,000Successfully integrated 3rd party CRM solutions into the banks document management system via a bespoke API. Successfully executed an object-oriented, n-tier Fund Supermarket system for an external client. Primarily responsible for the initial design and functionality specifications for all data-access, middle-tier connectivity and reporting components as well as the actual implementation.
