Most recently I was Director of Program Management for space and defense programs at Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ. In this role I provided PMO oversight to >50 PMs and a portfolio totaling over $400M annual NRE and IRAD and production deliveries generating over $1.5B revenue. In previous Program Management roles, I lead complex non-recurring engineering development and systems integration programs for United States and Foreign Military customers. Products supported include aeronautical navigation equipment, Radar, Sonar, Electronic Warfare, and Satellite Systems for US Navy, Air Force, and DoD customers. As a PM I was successful in the management of all aspects of program execution, including requirements development and change management, schedule development and milestone management, Risk/Opportunity management, performance analysis and formal status reporting.
