I manage and contribute to a width breadth of technology projects which allow our organization to smoothly adapt to our customer. Some examples include:1. Lead the Salesforce Commerce Cloud project by reviewing pull requests to ensure consistency, reusability, performance and accessibility in the code base.2. Lead the development of the presentation layer of a custom PIM built with Next.js and React.3. Build and maintain a custom WordPress / AWS headless CMS with custom SFCC connector.4. Create and prioritize issues based on roadmap goals, requirements and restraints.5. Translate business requirements into developer friendly tasks.

I'm focused on improving the user experience and performance of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud store and leveraging technology to spread brand awareness. I contribute to our engine of growth by identifying, executing and measuring the impact of experiments designed to increase revenue per visit and customer retention. While my main focus and expertise lies in front-end optimization and UI/UX development, I am part of a cross-functional team that strives to leverage data and automation to increase efficiency in our processes and accuracy in our decision making. I have performed customer lifetime value analysis and built dashboards to monitor technical and business KPIs. I helped cultivate a test and learn culture focused on continuous iteration and innovation. One of the key things I have learned is the importance of documentation as we have a very complex tech stack and work with a variety of outside vendors and partners. Exposure to the complexities of eCommerce has drastically elevated my business and technical skill set.

Familiarity with the back-end and expertise on the front-end, combined with interpersonal skills and business savvy, allowed me to successfully lead internal and external development teams, nurture client relationships, and build widely used custom web solutions. I played an important role from day one of a given project through post launch to ensure that a quality product was designed and built to meet specific business goals. Cross team collaboration and an endless pursuit of the latest and greatest technologies and paradigms was vital to my success. I am fortunate to have been exposed to so much at such an early stage in my career, and due to that, my skill set is well rounded. One of the most important things I learned was how to dissect specific technical challenges while keeping a holistic understanding of the project goals and KPIs in mind.

I built custom websites and applications to support a wide range of client initiatives. I worked with an incredible team that really showed me the ropes. Being on a small team, I was able to wear many hats and gain experience working directly with clients through gathering business requirements and performing product trainings. This was the perfect setting to kick off my career and flex my business and technical mindset.

I designed and built my first website which sparked my interest in becoming a developer. I was in charge of social media, digital marketing and lead generation. I oversaw the value-adding activities during our manufacturing process, and managed inventory levels. I participated in on-site installation's of our heat exchange systems. I developed and executed marketing campaigns. I assisted with project management, product testing, engineering, CAD, CNC, and surveying.

As an assistant to Professor Venky, I was part of a team that experimented with developing a methodology to accurately estimate the carbon footprint of the components that make up a computer. All of our findings were entered into a database which fed into a program called LCAT, which measured the impact of those materials on the environment.

The Green Launching Pad was a public and private sector initiative that enabled local start-ups to bring green solutions to market. I was part of a team of graduate and undergraduate interns who worked directly with the GLP sponsored companies. We also attended GLP sponsored events and professional workshops.
