We provide the technology and capabilities of Jobcase to help create collaborative partnerships with nonprofit and government partners that empower the American worker. Our efforts focus on generating public benefit, empowering both workers and employers, and improving employment outcomes for communities and groups across the U.S., including opportunity youth, low-income and disabled communities, veterans, neighborhood groups, religious organizations, unions, and others.

The Mass Technology Collaborative- the premiere state entity for driving cutting-edge technology policy and developing the Commonwealth's "innovation economy" by launching and curating novel collaborations among industry, academia, and government.Christopher Scranton directed the strategy development, launch, and implementation of the Massachusetts Big Data Initiative, the first statewide collaborative effort to expand the Commonwealth's strengths in big data, open data, and analytics. - Launched the Mass Big Data Report: Directed research and production of the widely-cited 2014 Mass Big Data Report; identified and classified over 450 data-related companies in the region; mapped the landscape of resources and centers of excellence, developed report design- Produced Award-Winning Initiative Website:Directed and designed MassBigData.org in collaboration with Polar Design, to inform and connect the MA data ecosystem. Won the 2013 Horizon award for gov websites- Successfully Engaged State Agencies in Open Data: Established strong new partnerships with Mass Dept. of Transportation (MassDOT) and the Dept. of Elementary & Secondary Education (DESE), developing sustainable open data resources and "data culture"- Created Novel, Data-Driven Collaborations:Developed, executed, & judged numerous hackathons, including the Mass EduData Challenge (w/ DESE) and the 37 Billion Mile Challenge, the Late Night T Data Challenge, and the Future Transportation Hackathon (w/ MassDOT), the Combat Nutrition Hackathon (w/ US Army), connecting thousands of participants, developing new apps & companies, and raised the profile of collaborative government open data efforts- Launched Innovative Data Infrastructure & Collaboration Pilot:Helped shape the launch of the Mass Green High Performance Computing Center and created the vision for an innovative follow-on project, the Mass Data Lab Pilot (MDLP), creating a sustainable, shared capacity for future government open data efforts
