Directs, manages, and makes critical decisions for three national programs: Notice. Talk. Act. at School; The Stepping Up Initiative; and The Judges Psychiatrists Leadership Initiative. Analyze data, survey responses, and metrics to produce high-impact public reports tailored for different audiences. Responsible for developing, managing, and allocating budgets for annual program budgets totaling over $550,000. Negotiates, develops, and manages contracts and proposals for partners, potential funders, and vendors, adapting to changes in funding, policy, and stakeholder needs. Deliver professional development curriculum verbally to adult learners, impacting over 100K students through 300+ participants and over 5K staff members. Cultivates relationships and organize meetings with diverse partners at the national, state, and local level, including School Districts, National Center for State Courts, National Association of Counties, Council of State Governments, State Affiliates, Marvel Comics, Association of Middle Level Educators, School Social Workers of America Association, and Learning First Alliance. Provide leadership as a supervisor, setting personal and departmental goals, tracking results in meetings, conducting bi-annual reviews to allow for merit-based raises, and mentoring others through association's peer mentor program.•Achieved significant impact in key measures: reduced suicides by 99%, decreased discipline referrals by 89%, reduced truancy by 70%, and increased support services referrals by 171%.•Produced the Mentally Health Nation podcast, established mentallyhealthynation.org, and hosted episodes, reaching over 3,750 unique listeners within the first year and consistently ranking in the top 50% of podcasts.•Developed comprehensive communications plan encompassing search engine optimization, social media, podcasting, and multimedia
