Force Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Officer for Naval Special WarfareSuccessfully led the premier CI/HUMINT program within the U.S. Navy setting the standards and way ahead. Responsible to recruit, train and equip a force of 70 professionally trained and certified personnel across eight subordinate organizations. Provides management and oversight, and established policies for the execution, of all Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence collection activities for NSW.
