I feel as if my career has been building up to this moment. After working tirelessly at small title companies with less resources, my creativity and willingness to step outside my comfort zone gives me an edge at a large company that many don't possess. I am doing what I love: face-to-face sales with real service solutions for my clients. Having a reputable company at my back is just a big bonus. I am looking to continue to learn and grow with this company for years to come.

Although Clear Title Agency has been around since 2004, it has always been a small, but efficient company. They have never had a title insurance claim to date, giving them a AAA rating with the #1 title insurer in the world: First American Title. I joined the company with many others from another company, quadrupling it's size over night. As one of the handful of elite marketing personnel, the image and direction of this company cannot be matched. My duty to this company include pulling from all resources possible to promote healthy growth, although our existing customers are the first priority. This company is everything I wanted and will become everything I can dream. I couldn't me more excited about our future.

One of the key points of my job is to develop relationships with Realtors and mortgage loan officers, assist them in growing their business and, in return, growing ours. I get to wear many hats in this position, especially since the recent poor economy/real estate market has left us with fewer staff. I love what I do and plan to grow within the company for as long as possible.

This is where I probably learned the most about the real estate in whole. I did a lot of advertising, from pay-per-click web ads, to full blown print publlications. From there I would handle listing maintanance and escrow, from open to close. This was a wonderful experience and stepping stone for me...just glad I went to a steady paycheck and benefits when I did, in late 2005 when the market hit a wall.
