Principal Engineer Minor Highway Improvements.Managing and supporting teams through a full range of Highway and Traffic related schemes. Significant relevant experience to include Major Schemes for Highway Realignment, Roundabouts and a large Park and Ride site. Also Town Centre Regeneration, Regulatory and Minor schemes including Realignment, Cycling, Footways, Drainage, Public Rights of Way, Local Safety and Road Safety Audit.Current position as a Principal Engineer managing 3 teams carrying out a significant number and variety of Minor Highway Improvement schemes encompassing-• LTP, Local Safety, Cycling and Member scheme programmes incorporating Scheme assessment and feasibility, Minor Highway Works, Traffic Calming, Signing, Regulatory Work and Bus Infrastructure • Programmes of Footway, Drainage, Countryside and Coastal works• Traffic Regulation, Parking, Speed, Weight and Movement restrictions for Cornwall Council and external clients• Local Safety including Traffic and Accident monitoring • Road Safety Audit

Design Management of £3m infrastructure scheme.Project Management of Local Safety, Cycling and Member led schemes.Project Management of Large TRO scheme providing 90+ Disabled Parking Bays.Detailled Scheme Assessments Including CAD drawings and production of options for schemes.

Experience of:-Management of Streetwork enhancements. Scheme Assessment and Design, TRO's, Bus infrastructure improvements, Public Consultation, Member Liasion, Accident Analysis.

Preparation, consultation and construction of a large number of Traffic Regulation Order schemes including waiting restrictions, weight limits and an extensive rural speed limit project.
