About Chris Fitzgerald, Cawa

I am helping animal shelter and rescue organizations solve their data challenges. Together, we are co-authoring solutions with our partners to save them time so they can focus on providing care, reuniting lost pets, rehoming, keeping families together, and supporting healthy and vibrant communities. With more than 23 years' experience guiding and overseeing operations at a government animal services agency, I am intimately familiar with the challenges faced by shelters and their rescue partners and I have a deep appreciation for the value of data. Whether evaluating program effectiveness, measuring impact, setting priorities, determining resource allocation, advocating for funding, or telling stories, having accurate and reliable data is critical. I am committed to helping my friends and colleagues increase their impacts in serving their important missions of supporting people and pets.Specialties: Leadership, improving efficiency, critical thinking, program development, communications
