During my first assignment to Germany in 1996, I served as the Rear Detachment HHD Commander / Battalion Commander for the 90th PSB. We specialized in training and education, using courseware from CompTIA, Microsoft, Oracle, and Sun, to deliver courses for New Horizons, CompUSA, SMU, Hallmark Institute of Technology, ITT, and the United States Air Force.The majority of these services were provided by our team of trusted sub-contractors.
