Project also retired 2 legacy systems and impacted all field forces Exelon wide (5k+ users). Supporting impacted Transmission & Substation (T&S), and Distribution System Operations (DSO) and other stakeholders across the enterprise. Envisioned and developed synergies to improve processes, increase fidelity, and lower costs considerably by partnering with the Exelon PhysicalSecurity Departments.!
