As a member of a small global team, I was at the helm of orchestrating and owning the sales cycles for Google's most strategic deals, which predominantly involved multi-million dollar, complex transactions with Fortune 500 companies and entities within the public sector. My responsibilities extended to participating in CXO-level deal reviews and commercial conversations, as well as owning the sales strategy. I was tasked with formulating executive recommendations and driving necessary system and process changes to enhance sales efficacy.I played a crucial role in significantly enhancing enterprise readiness by optimizing processes, which supported the acceleration of our deal-making capabilities. My initiatives included introducing new industry blueprints, solutioning frameworks, and strengthening SI/ISV partnerships, alongside developing new business capture capabilities. These efforts were instrumental in driving scalable and in-depth go-to-market strategies. My mission was centered around transforming how enterprises operate by leveraging Google's cloud capabilities, and I engaged directly with executives from the largest private and public organizations to achieve this goal.

Collaborating closely with retail enterprise customers, I specialized in expediting their digital transformation by harnessing new investments in Google Cloud. This role demanded a blend of deep technical insight and a profound understanding of digital transformation strategies, ensuring the delivery of successful outcomes. My efforts were aimed at enabling customers to leverage technology strategically, enhancing shareholder value through innovative cloud solutions. Drawing from my experience and insights gained from cloud sales roles, my focus was on driving revenue, crafting compelling proposals, and establishing strong, trust-based relationships with clients to navigate complex cloud solutions effectively.
