Led Operations Managers & Technician teams to drive world class Fab process stability / tool up time, ops strategy, lean manufacturing principals and systematic elimination of waste, enabling maximized cost effective output.Developer and Director of comprehensive Lean program to standardize all semiconductor tool maintenance (500+ PM’s) across the factory’s six departments through use of four week “PM Boot Camp” sessions which employed a variety of Lean training tools and methodologies (Direct Observation, Mapping, Factory Physics, SCANDO, 5S, etc). These camps delivered unprecedented results in tech efficiency, cost, Lean proliferation and an organizational discomfort for accepting the status quo.
