-Architect, plan, manage, upgrade SAP landscapes across multiple on-premise and Azure cloud infrastructure-Design, develop, manage and deploy SAP systems through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Jenkins pipelines to Azure-Configure, manage and ensure reliable state of SAP environments through IaC using Ansible.-Automate tasks relating to installation, configuration, controls and ensuring system state of SAP systems-Develop and manage bash and PowerShell scripts to manage service health, operational and maintenance tasks, alerting configurations in changed state, and patching statuses in Windows and Linux environments-Performs the administration and operation of the SAP HANA systems and associated components and 3rd party tools-Collaborates with Technical SAP Project leads and team members on design and build of the SAP eco-system and infrastructure-Serves as technical support for medium to complex problem resolution. Provide technical expertise for resolving escalated system issues. Participate in crisis meetings as necessary-Ensures adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements within SAP System design and implementation-Maintains technical knowledge of SAP system components and architecture-Resolves incidents affecting the operation/availability of global systems, through troubleshooting and implementing known fixes-Evaluates, installs, configures, and deploys SAP applications, systems software, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise-Collaborates with analysts, architects, and system owners in the testing of SAP software programs and applications-Installs and configures patches and Support pack upgrades to SAP systems as required-Assists in other areas of the department and company as necessary

Responsible for administering, maintaining and managing SAP and Database Management systems in the Client IT environment. Responsibilities for this position may include: Planning, analysis, configuring, tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP systems and Database Management systems.Installation, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP Systems and Database Management systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting and problem resolution, monitoring capacity and performance, and related disaster recovery procedures. Lead and support IT projects defined by SAP System Administration Supervisor and IT Project Management team. Analyze, develop, and maintain SAP Architectures and process models within the SAP environment.Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP transport system. Recommend and apply technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance. Support complex environments consisting of Development, Test, QA, and Production systems.Manage and maintain SAP Security to address authorization issues across all SAP systems and to adhere to SAP Security best practices. Configure new and existing alerts, determine thresholds of alerts within monitoring systems as well as third party monitoring systems.Resolve system problems through research and collaboration with other IT Teams and apply the appropriate course of action.Lead resolution of incident tickets, including complex troubleshooting across all managed systems.Provide 2nd level support as part of the IT Helpdesk. Perform off-hours support as needed for various system activities, including Month-End processes. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or designate.
