I lead the project team and drove a two year integration plan to reconcile and consolidate operational processes and strategies. Through each stage of our acquisition, I was key in building the strategic and operational logistics for being successful, including the realization of revenue targets, and maintaining a “people first” approach.Additionally, I grew our cloud business' revenue from <$1m to $3.5m in two years. A combination of excellent customer service, an ever evolving technical stack, and a fantastic team of engineers and project managers made this all possible.
