UI/UX product designer at Ford Motor Company on the FordPass Innovation team. Usability studies, developing wireframes from requirements and user feedback, creating low and hi fidelity prototypes, and making sure we have a consistent design language, are the driving force behind our future technologies.

• Work with software developers and engineers to design insighful, powerful, and user centered interfaces for automotive engineering and data acquisition tools. • Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows. • Create product prototypes for all device sizes with design software.• Find solutions through developing the user experience that will help all users accomplish complex engineering workflows.• Work extensively with cross-functional teams in an innovative development environment.• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.• Collaborate on user experience planning with product managers and software engineers.• Work closely with product managers and customer engineers to understand customer needs and engineering workflows.

• Use information design principles and well-developed skills in creating and documenting all aspects of business requirements, interface design (wire framing, story boarding, rough layouts, mock-ups, interface elements and icons), functional specifications (technical writing and annotations), user needs (flow charts, scenarios and prototype testing), and information architecture (site maps and navigation)• Turn wireframes/prototypes into visual designs that are brand friendly and adhere to guidelines• Create digital front-end layouts including wireframes, web architecture and UX/UI, according to current standards, best practices, and cross-browser compatibilities

• Lead digital designer for both Ford and Lincoln Certified Pre-Owned brands • In charge of creating and delivering all digital creative assets for OLA, rich media, mobile, tablet and other digital placements for all regional and national sales events.• Connect with creative directors, clients and team members to achieve a cohesive message for Ford and Lincoln brands.• Execute visual concepts that accurately reflect client brands, guidelines, and best practices, to oversee production of all digital assets (OLA, rich media, mobile tablet placements, and landing pages.) • Collaborate with team members to create digital executions for Ford and Lincoln brands• Shepherd and organize client brands’ overall look and feel for the Ford and Lincoln clients.• Work with team members to execute the clients design assignments including OLA, rich media banners, email blasts, online content, and other web advertisements.
