That includes data centers (servers, storage, networks), cloud (Infrastructure, Software as a Service), Disaster Recovery, Monitoring & Logging, Configuration Management, Automation, Database Administration, Employee Experience (PCs, collaboration, conference rooms), Telecommunications & Voice, IT Service Management, Service Desk, Identity & Access, and Security tools. - Proven executive leader with experience in all aspects of strategic Information Technology planning, implementation, and worldwide support, delivered as an integral element of business plans.- Experienced in transforming IT performance and service levels, turning IT into a strategic business partner. Practiced at delivering multiple large-scale projects on time and within budget. - Skilled technology professional with keen ability to tactfully negotiate and execute contracts, strategically manage vendors, and focus on total cost of ownership.- Established cloud technology strategy and implementations. Built innovation into IT’s fabric.- Ability to build teams and foster relationships with key stakeholders, C-level executives, and external suppliers to improve productivity, reduce costs, and drive growth.- Budget management and leadership of a team of over 80 individuals, both in the US and off-shore.
