In this role, our organization has achieved success on increasing the COLA for workers' compensation, increasing attorney's fee awards for workers' compensation, preventing the creation of seperate classes of workers or drivers in the insurance system, along with numerous onerous bills for the property casualty industry.

-Interacted with legislators and legislative staff to advance the trade association’s agenda.-Successfully lobbied for the passage of The First Right of Refusal Act, the most comprehensive protection for motor fuel franchisees in the United States.-Created publication materials to promote the association’s legislative and regulatory initiatives.-Established an innovative fundraising system which increased the association’s intake, and allowed for greater donations to political and public awareness campaigns.
