My job as a realtor revolves around the work of assisting people in the task of locating, evaluating and purchasing the type of home, land or investment property they have in mind, as well as assisting others in selling property when the time is right. I deeply enjoy guiding sellers through the sales process, as well as pairing my buying client's criteria.

My role at Dustin Baker and Company revolved around building relationships. I focused on listening carefully to clients and candidates to ascertain an organization or individual's true needs and desires. Based upon a depth of client relationships and industry knowledge I provided strategic talent acquisition services to a select group of industry leading.

Working as a business development executive, I focused my energies toward identifying and developing relationships with strategically important individuals and organizations with the goal of implementing and nurturing symbiotic corporate and educational relationships and partnerships.

As an RSM my role consisted of winning, developing, and maturing higher education accounts within the education technology industry. I was responsible to manage and grow a diverse assortment of accounts within a large geography using various relationally focused sales and marketing methods.

In the sales executive role, I served as a sales and marketing go to person for the domestic sales operation. My responsibilities included managing and growing K-12 and higher education accounts, assisting sales organization partners, working trade shows, delivering presentations to various audiences, and conducting hands on technology trainings for.

As a software trainer I was responsible for delivering high quality, hands on software and hardware system trainings and pre-sales presentations to a wide variety of customers and potential customers.
