Program Manager, Strategic Development

Coordinate and deliver project management processes and tools driven by executive corporate initiatives (program initiatives) involving nearly all company departments.Primary responsibilities include ensuring the program, and all projects within, are aligned with corporate strategic goals, as directed by executive management.Organize department directors, including Product Ownership, R&D, Technical Support, Customer Service, Marketing, Training, and executive management, to communicate the mission and vision of each project, identify dependencies and resolve issues.Responsible for optimization of costs, resources and staffing for cross-department projects.Design and oversee project analysis and review across all projects within the program, including metrics for measuring health, timelines, deliverables, team coordination, and project alignment with corporate vision.Develop Project Management training and mentoring programs, including in-house training on Agile/Scrum methodologies, Lean principles and tools (Confluence, JIRA, Service Desk, HipChat, Git/BitBucket, TFS, etc.).Serve as the single point of contact for cross-program communication, including schedule, status, major milestones, and changes to scope.Manage product development initiatives with an understanding of complete development process and schedules, and use of change control board systems to provide oversight and decisions on critical project updates.
