These include: -Overall New Product Design: Mainly system design and validation testing of refrigerated water chillers and fluid pumping systems. -Mechanical Design: Thermo-fluid focus and mechanical piping design, UL/CSA/CE certification and testing, as well as all other needs determined by the customer application (vibration, HMI, etc.) -Electrical Design: Wiring design, motor testing, PLC control systems, PID tuning. -Implementation from Product Concept to production launch to continual improvement as production volume increases -Vendor Communication and sourcing -Updating company processes, both in terms of SOPs, engineering documentations, and MRP system processes in cross functional interaction, as needed as the company's customer base has grown and the demands/requirements increase. -Working with people all across the company from all different backgrounds on a daily basisHere I get to work on unique and different problems from our customers while getting challenged daily on how to bast add value to our customers and provide an increasingly valuable product for our industry.
