• Following Oculeve acquisition, led operations and manufacturing of the TrueTear neuromodulation platform, including serving as operations member on cross-functional TrueTear core team to guide operational strategy
• Led DFM and RFQ process for selection and execution with contract manufacturer/development partner
• Secured $10.6M budget and managed program to establish US and China-based commercial manufacturing lines to support commercial sales, including Disposable Tip production capacity of >3MM units/year

• Conducted fundamental research for carbon sequestration by testing coal combustion in CO2, O2, and N2 gases.
