Whenever and wherever I work, I always do my best. I love being a part of the conversation and being a difference-maker - if that means I'm an agent of change or propelling the current system further, I enjoy it. At the risk of sounding arrogant, I tend to witness growth in most everything I do. Sometimes it's me that grows, sometimes it's others, most of the time it's both. My passion and my achievements all surround people. I'm told I am not myself when I'm not aiding those around me. Smiles are a currency to me. I've seen the clinically depressed grow into a determination to thrive. I've seen a few become many. I've seen a small group of leaders (of which I was one) aid a multi-national company by simply asking the question, "What if..." My resume will not show a lot of experience - in fact, that's my weakness. However, where I lack experience, I more than makeup for it in teachability and determination to do my job well. Sometimes, things won't pan out, sometimes they will. I promise that I will work my hardest in whatever situation I find myself in.
