As an Inventory Control Specialist at Hearth & Home Technologies, I apply my engineering background and skills to optimize the inventory flow and accuracy of the company's products. I have been working in this role since October 2021, after being promoted from a Laser Operator position, where I operated and maintained the laser cutting machines for the production line. Before that, I was a Material Handler for two years, where I handled the loading, unloading, and storage of materials for the manufacturing process. I have over five years of experience in the manufacturing industry, and I have developed strong competencies in team building, inventory management, inventory control, and quality assurance. I am passionate about improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the inventory system, and I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues and supervisors to achieve our goals. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I value the opportunity to work for a company that is a leader in the hearth industry and that cares about its customers and employees.
