I am an aspiring Hospitality Manager with a degree in Hospitality Management and a robust seven-year background in the food and beverage industry. I had the privilege of representing the Princess at the 2024 WMPO, where I assisted in the exclusive 1937 Club Skybox's weeklong operation. My responsibilities include preparing and executing events, adhering to BEOs, and working closely with event planners and clients. I consistently foster a positive and productive work environment, which contributes to exceptional guest experiences.Previously, as the Fine Dining Lead Server at ADERO Scottsdale, I spearheaded training initiatives and ensured adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new hires. I managed operations during a high-profile media production event, supported sales and F&B directors with banquets, and played a crucial role in establishing room service for the hotel.
