Current-Collaborate with Mott engineers to identify optimal solutions for customer mass transfer, filtration, and flow challenges from benchtop to commercial scale-Develop business expansion strategies by identifying untapped markets and leveraging new technologies to drive growth-Facilitate organic growth of 50+ existing accounts by spearheading expansion into new divisions, executing competitive takeouts, and introducing innovative products to solve customer problems-Educate customers on Mott value and track record-Coordinate cross-functionally with internal and customer designers, engineers, operations, and procurement teams-Formulate strategic pricing approaches to establish mutually beneficial scenarios for both Mott and its clients
